INFORMATION UPON ARRIVAL 

ROOM, HOTEL, RECEPTION

  • Opening times of the reception?
    • Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 at +420 773 820 273.
    • Check-out: by 10:30. If you need a late departure, you can pay an additional 500 CZK for a late check-out until 14:00, subject to the hotel's current availability.
  • Late return to the hotel – how can I get in if the reception is already closed?
    • Hotel – the main entrance is usually closed around 22:00.
    • Your hotel card is programmed so that if the main entrance marked "RECEPTION" is closed, simply hold the card or chip to the reader, and the door will open.
  • How can the temperature be regulated in the rooms?
    • In "Stodola Deluxe" rooms, the temperature can be adjusted directly within the room; however, to ensure it works properly, windows must be closed, as the sensors won’t activate otherwise. In "Standard" rooms, the temperature is controlled in the traditional way using the radiator valve. Thank you for not heating with the windows open.
  • How the WiFi works ?
    • Free WiFi without a password is available throughout the Erlebachovy Boudy property. For WiFi access at Pension Martin and Vila Tereza, please contact the reception for the password.
  • Can I watch Netflix on the hotel TV?
    • Most of the rooms have "smart" TVs, but they are not connected to the internet. The internet connection at the mountain peaks is often not strong enough during periods of high demand. Thank you for your understanding. For regular use, the internet is fully available throughout the property.
  • How do I exit the garage ?
    • To exit the garage, simply drive the car approximately 1 meter in front of the exit door, and it will open automatically. To enter the garage, you need to hold the chip/door card to the reader on the left side when entering.

RESTAURANT

  • What time is breakfast?
    • Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 9:30.
  • Can I buy an espresso or cappuccino at breakfast?
    • Yes, if the coffee from the breakfast machine or the drip coffee doesn't suit you, you can order a great espresso, cappuccino, etc., at the bar and charge it to your hotel account.
  • What time is dinner?
    • If you have ordered half board, it will be either a three-course menu or a buffet. Please arrive between 18:00 and 20:30.
  • I have ordered half board, are drinks included in the price?
    • No, drinks are not included in the price of dinner.
  • Can I reserve a table at the restaurant?
    • We do not accept reservations for fewer than 6 people. For groups of friends or larger families, we recommend making a reservation in advance, either directly at the restaurant or through the hotel reception at +420 773 820 273.
  • What are the opening hours of the PANORAMA restaurant?
    • The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 21:00, during which time we are happy to offer lunch, an afternoon snack, or a quality dinner. After 21:00, we no longer serve food, but you are welcome to stay until 23:00.
    • Especially for you: every Friday and Saturday evening we cook until 9:30 PM
  • I forgot to order half board, what should I do?
    • Half board can be ordered at least 24 hours in advance, but don't worry – our à la carte Panorama restaurant is open daily, and we will be happy to serve you from our menu. The price for half board is 550 CZK per person per night, served as a three-course menu or buffet. The children's price is 275 CZK per child aged 3-11 years
  • Is it possible to charge the Panorama restaurant services to the hotel account?
    Yes, it is possible. If you would like to charge the restaurant services to your hotel account, please inform the waiter. He will have you sign for your consumption and link it to your room number. If you do not notify the restaurant staff, we will assume that you will pay for your consumption directly in the restaurant, no later than the last evening before departure. Payment in the Panorama restaurant can be made by card or in cash.

WELLNESS

  • What are the opening hours of the wellness center?
    • The pool, whirlpools, and massages are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
    • The saunas – steam, bio tepidarium, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, and herbal bath – are in operation daily from 15:00 to 21:00.
    • The whirlpools are for adults only from 15:00 to 21:00, in order to maintain peace in the relaxation area
    • Especially for you, we are open every Friday and Saturday until 9:30 PM
  • Are children under 12 allowed in the saunas?
    The saunas in our wellness area for children include the infrared sauna, steam sauna, and bio heating room. We kindly ask children under 12 years old to use the pool area only when accompanied by an adult and only until 19:00. Please note, whirlpools are accessible to children only until 15:00.
  • Are there towels in the wellness or should I bring them from the room?
    • Yes, you will find sauna towels here. Please leave the hotel towels in your rooms.
  • Are massages available?
    • Yes, we consistently offer high-quality Thai massages in our wellness center. Massage reservations must be made in advance at the hotel reception. You can pay for the massage immediately or charge it to your hotel room account. You will receive a confirmation receipt with the time and type of massage, which you should bring to the massage therapist at the scheduled time.

  • Is access to the wellness center automatically included in the price of the stay?
    • Guests of Erlebachovy Boudy – rooms of the Standard and Stodola types have wellness included in the price of their stay. Wellness is not included in the price for guests of Josefovy Boudy, Pension Martin, and Vila Tereza. Guests of the Sv. František resort can purchase access to the wellness center at the main reception, subject to availability. More information is available at the reception.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN

INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL

  • Can I reach you by car?
    • Yes, you can comfortably reach us by car in both summer and winter. Within the resort, you can park either in the underground garages or in designated areas around Erlebachova and Josefova Boudy. For both outdoor and indoor parking, you will receive a parking ticket with your license plate number at the reception, which should be visibly placed on the front window of your vehicle. The parking fee is 200 CZK per car per night.
  • Do I need a permit to enter the national park?
    • A permit is not required, the road is freely accessible, but parking and stopping are prohibited outside of designated parking areas. When arriving, you will be driving through a national park, so please drive slowly and carefully.
  • Are chains required?
    • From November, it is mandatory to have not only high-quality winter tires but also snow chains. If your vehicle does not have all-wheel drive, we recommend fully adhering to this regulation. The road to us is regularly maintained, plowed, and there is a regular bus service.
  • Do I need to bring a baby cot?
    No need, just make a request when booking. We will be happy to prepare a crib with bedding for a one-time fee of 250 CZK.
  • Are dogs allowed at the hotel?
    • Pets are welcome only in certain types of rooms. Dogs are not allowed in most rooms in our Stodola Deluxe section. We would appreciate it if you follow our instructions regarding your pets during your stay. We accept only one dog per room. The fee for bringing a dog is 600 CZK per night if booked in advance; if the dog is brought without prior notice, the charge is 800 CZK per night. At Josefova Bouda, we only accept small breeds
  • Is there a ski rental at the hotel?
    • We do not have a ski, snowboard, or cross-country ski rental at Erlebachova Bouda. You can use the services of the Yellow Point rental in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn, where our guests are entitled to a discount. We offer ski storage for our guests free of charge.
  • Is there a ski and bike storage area at the hotel? Is there a drying room?
    • Yes, the hotel has a ski storage area and a boot drying room. All hotel guests have access to these areas using their hotel card. There are no individual lockable lockers, but the ski room is equipped with a security camera.
  • Do I need to book massages in advance?
    • We offer massages daily, but due to high demand for this service, we kindly ask you to book your massage in advance by phone at +420 773 820 273 or by email at betlem@rsvf.cz
  • Can I charge my e-car at your place ?
    • Yes, we have two charging stations for electric vehicles located directly in front of the garages. Charging can be started by scanning the QR code in the Smart Fuel app. The rate is 10 CZK per kWh
